Class and Lecture Fees 2010
“Pushing thread” in a
new level with free motion machine embroidery thread painting.
I have been sharing
thread painting with students since 1977, always having fun as we explore
and open unlimited possibilities to pursue. Suddenly every spool of thread
and every
piece of fabric takes on a whole new meaning.
Inspiration is everywhere and as we learn the simple techniques and
discover only practice
is holding us back, we realize there is no limit. I will share a brief
history of some of my thread
painted quilts and other items, and my journey through the years with this
wonderful gift
taught me by my grandmother.
